Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or related field. 2. Extensive experience in technology governance or related disciplines. 3. Demonstrated expertise in regulatory requirements and control frameworks. **Preferred Qualifications** 1. Master's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline. 2. Experience in the financial services industry. 3. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Networking and Cloud Certifications (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent). 4. Strong and Expert knowledge of CTO technology capabilities, processes and frameworks related to as SDLC/TDLC, Incident and Problem Management, CI/CD, Cloud Technologies, Networking and Storage technologies, understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles, 5. Proven ability to manage complex technology governance projects, programs, and initiatives.
