• Lead the creation and maintenance of the Technical Standards Database.
• Organize and manage documentation of Lessons Learned.
• Support Product Development Teams with production start-up challenges.
• Coordinate project transitions between development and applications teams.
• Oversee lab equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers to enhance their expertise.
