Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Transformation team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
This role bridges delivery, enablement, and strategy.
We will count on you to:
Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream, ensuring adherence to Workday best practices while maintaining robust security for a variety of engagement types, including initial implementation, phase X, and others
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions that directly address client needs, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for complex or sensitive client issues

Maintain accurate project forecasts for assigned workstream, monitor delivery progress, and communicate timelines, risks, and expectations to stakeholders in a timely fashion
Collaborate cross-functionally with other domain leads to ensure seamless delivery
Develop and deliver thought leadership content and intellectual property, such as knowledge sharing sessions, enablement guides, and best practice materials
Contribute as a subject matter expert for sales and delivery, supporting solution architecture, demonstrations, client presentations, and scoping estimates
What you need to have:
Active Workday Certification in Workday HCM.
5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant
3+ years as a lead consultant delivering Core HCM at the level of a subject matter expert
Strong subject matter expertise of Workday architecture, security, and best practices
Proven ability to successfully navigate client-facing situations and coordinate support resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The applicable base salary range for this role is $111,600 to $223,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
