  • Manage a panel of approximately 1200 patients.
  • Conduct administrative tasks while maintaining patient contact hours.
  • Support population health initiatives and care coordination.

Primary Care Paneled (PCP) Nurse Practitioner

Excellent opportunity for a Primary Care nurse practitioner to practice in an outpatient setting.
