Job DescriptionWe're searching for a Copywriter of Creative who will concept, design, and execute innovative pharma-focused visual materials for integrated, cross channel initiatives including: large web initiatives, online advertising, digital marketing and broadcast, when applicable. Individuals should possess strong conceptual and 360-campaign development skills and an ego-less approach to elevating the agency's creative offerings and brand work.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with creative team members to determine concept, brand and copy directions
- Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines
- Interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics
- Work together with art, copy and account staff to provide creative, strategically sound solutions for client, in-house and new business needs
- Work with senior writing staff to develop conceptual abilities
- Submit complete, fully referenced and annotated manuscripts consistent with clients' style guide, with minimal supervision
- Initiate data searches and maintain reference files.
- Participate in client meetings
- Present work in an organized and interesting manner
- Translate concepts into effective messages
- Contribute to brainstorming and creative brief development
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and juggle writing demands
- Possess strong communication skills with a positive attitude
- You leverage the components of relevance in every program that you work on, checking alignment of relevance constantly and report misalignment to your team's lead(s)
Qualifications- 2+ years of agency copywriting experience; pharma agency experience, is a must
- BA or BS degree
- DTC experience is required
- Strong concepting experience with a book of examples
- Curiosity in leveraging AI tools to accelerate concept development, refine messaging, and inspire innovative creative solutions
- Ability to professional interface and partner with clients
- Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles
- Strong experience on large cross-channel and/or direct marketing initiatives across mediums
- Experience with online and offline media preferred
- Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $101,790.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
