CompensationThe anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $61,800.00
- $102,900.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 5 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position DetailsAs a Copywriting Specialist, you will craft impactful, brand-aligned copy for a wide range of marketing campaigns and touchpoints. You are a strong writer with a passion for storytelling and attention to voice, tone, and clarity. Working within our established brand standards, you'll partner closely with members of the Creative Strategy Team, as well as Project Managers and Marketing partners to deliver high-quality content that supports business objectives. This role reports to the Manager, Creative Copywriting and operates as a hybrid position from our Lake Forest or Chicago offices.
You Will- Write compelling, customer-centric content across print, digital, social, video, and in-store channels
- Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and message across all deliverables
- Interpret briefs and translate them into clear, engaging marketing copy
- Collaborate with designers and other creatives to deliver cohesive campaign materials
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product storytelling
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar
- Apply brand and editorial standards in all content creation
- Receive and apply feedback from senior writers and managers
- Contribute ideas during creative discussions and team brainstorms
You Have- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional copywriting experience in an in-house or agency setting
- Experience with storytelling, persuasive writing techniques, and making grammar revisions.
- Portfolio demonstrating multi-channel copy across campaign and product work
- Experience writing brief and align with brand and performance goals
- Experience with organizational skills and attention to detail
