Job DescriptionThe Coordinator, Retail Learning - North America plays a critical role in supporting the planning, administration, execution, and measurement of retail learning initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Retail Learning - North America, this position serves as a central point of coordination for learning programs, departmental administration, learning systems, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Through exceptional organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional partnership, the Coordinator, Retail Learning - North America helps ensure learning experiences are delivered with and Tiffany & Co. brand standards.
Learning Program and Event Coordination- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for retail learning programs, workshops, meetings, and special events, including venue selection, travel arrangements, catering, audiovisual requirements, learning materials, and participant communications.
- Manage participant registration, attendance tracking, hotel room blocks, and event resources to ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Partner with Retail Learning Managers, Retail Learning Coaches, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to align program requirements, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Provide virtual and on-site event support as needed, proactively identifying and resolving logistical challenges while maintaining quality, budget, and brand standards.
- Coordinate the ordering, distribution, and management of training materials, supplies, and learning resources.
Retail Learning Department Administration- Administer learning activities within the 360Learning LMS, including session creation, participant enrollment, learner communications, attendance tracking, and record maintenance.
- Track learning participation, completion rates, attendance, and program reach across stores, markets and zone.
- Manage learner feedback surveys and analyze results to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that enhance program effectiveness
- Maintain accurate learning data, historical records, and program documentation to support reporting, compliance, and future planning.
- Manage the Retail Learning calendar, ensuring visibility of training events, key milestones, store visits, team schedules, and business priorities.
- Serve as a point of contact for learners and business partners, delivering a high level of service and professionalism.
- Support department budget administration for the Retail Learning function, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and accounts payable coordination.
- Monitor learning program expenditures and identify budget risks, discrepancies, or opportunities for optimization. Review monthly with Director, Retail Learning - North America
Strategic Partnership & Business Support- Develop polished, leadership-ready presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials that communicate learning impact, business contribution, and departmental performance.
- Partner with the Director, Retail Learning - North America to support strategic initiatives, annual planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
- Build collaborative relationships across Retail, Human Resources, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and external vendor partners.
- Demonstrate sound judgment when handling confidential employee, financial, and business information.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, inclusion, and service excellence while reflecting Tiffany & Co.'s values and standards in all interactions.
QualificationsExperience- 3-5 years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, event planning, project coordination, human resources, executive assistant, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple projects, programs, or events with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience supporting budgets, invoices, vendor management, or financial administration.
- Retail, luxury retail, hospitality, fashion, or high-end service-industry experience preferred.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and multiple markets is a plus.
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) required.
- Experience using Coupa or similar accounts payable platforms preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally to support learning programs, store visits, and business events.
- Flexibility to provide support outside standard business hours when business needs require.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $35.80 - $41.17 per hour on a full time basis. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
