JOB SUMMARY

The Procurement Coordinator supports the Regional Indirect Procurement Point of Sale Materials (POSM) team by ensuring high-quality procurement data collection, maintenance, and analysis across sourcing and purchasing activities. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of procurement data within enterprise systems and reporting tools. In addition, the role supports sourcing initiatives, supplier management activities, and processing documentation, including the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting regionalization efforts through standardized and reliable procurement information.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • You will be responsible for new item creation, maintenance, and classification in SAP
  • You will be responsible for establishing a data collection process with suppliers for Sustainability information, material data, dimensions, weights, etc.
  • You will collect, validate, and maintain procurement data across systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • You will serve as a key point of control for procurement data integrity within SAP and related procurement tools.
  • You will be responsible for creating, collaborating, and closing all POSM Purchase Orders (PO's)
  • You will create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
  • You will develop and maintain monthly reports and trackers to support business visibility, compliance and data integrity
  • You will identify and resolve data discrepancies, working with stakeholders to correct and improve data quality.
  • You will help with Ad-hoc project support and team initiatives
  • You will work cross functionally (Brand, Transportation, Operations, Finance, Legal)
  • You will collaborate with suppliers for data collection and PO communications


WHO YOU ARE
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a Purchasing department/experience using a PO system preferred, and MS Office.
  • You have experience with data validation, reporting, or master data management strongly preferred.
  • You have strong attention to detail with a high degree of data accuracy and integrity.
  • You have strong analytical skills with ability to validate, interpret, and reconcile data sets.
  • You have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis functions).
  • You have strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • You have effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • You have Decision-Making/Judgment, Negotiation, Teamwork & Cooperation, Mathematical, and Problem-Solving skills.
  • You have working knowledge of procurement management
  • You have a basic understanding of supplier management concepts
  • You have a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred or relevant experience

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location. Pay is based on several factors including knowledge, education, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, including a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.

Salary (Min-Max): 33.23-45.69
