Description

The Raymond 4K-8 School District is seeking a talented, collaborative, and student-centered Teaching and Learning Coordinator. The position has multiple layers. This person will be expected to:

  • Oversee building assessments as the District Assessment Coordinator/School Assessment Coordinator.
  • Manage the implementation of Next Path for data collection/analysis.
  • Manage all academic reporting and student/classroom scheduling in tandem with administrative assistant support.
  • Assist other leadership in developing and implementing ongoing professional development.
  • Creation and management of school-wide assessment calendar.
  • Lead and implement Multi-tiered systems and support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), research-based interventions, and progress monitoring.
  • Ensure curriculum fidelity and report student progress and achievement to the board of education and the community.

The Coordinator of Teaching and Learning works closely with the Superintendent/Principal, Director of Special Education, 1.5 FTE building interventionists, and classroom teachers. Continue to meet as a Professional learning community and lead periodic data dives

Applicants must have a Reading Specialist certification (5017) or the willingness/ability to obtain one within the first year of employment.

Salary and benefits will be negotiated based on candidate qualifications and experience with a salary range of $80,000 to $95,000, plus benefits for Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance. We offer Cash in Lieu to any applicant who waives our health insurance.

NOTE: In addition to candidates with the Reading Specialist License, the District will consider candidates with Principal or Director of Instruction licenses.
