POSITIONTYPE : Permanent, Full-time, Day, 75 hours / pay period, 1FTE
SALARYSCALE : $78,181 to $90,642 annually
CLOSINGDATE : 2026 - 09 - 17*

What would my role be?

Reporting to theDirector, Family Health Services,you will beresponsiblefor the measurement and reporting of quality assurance indicators, asidentifiedby the Director of Family Health Services and any other internal or third-party reporting.

Yourmain responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to evaluating programs, processes and health outcomes and providing information and recommendations to the practiceswith regard tobest practices with integrated care delivery
  • Working with the Director, Family HealthServicesand medical leadership toestablishand maintain the communication and team building mechanisms across community partners and clinics
  • Assistingwith special projects and other duties asrequired
  • Preparing,coordinatingand managing all communication and documentation for Committees chaired by the Director of Family Health Services


How do I qualify?

Required:

  • Three (3) yearUndergraduatedegree in business administration, health care, or other relevant field, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experiencein managing projects, deliverables, or client relations,in program development,stakeholder engagement, and quality improvement
  • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst


Preferred:

  • Post-secondary education in clinical, health science, informationtechnologyand/or health informatics
  • Registered member of a regulated health professional college with health informatics experience
  • Fluent in French and English

  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in limited time and to completion
  • Demonstrated experience in program development, including providing coaching and guidance to staff
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people including senior leaders, physicians, externalpartnersand agencies
  • Critical thinker and problem solver, with an ability to develop solutions to complex problems
  • Superior writing skills including report writing
  • Ability to multi-task, problemsolve,andapply good judgement and decision-making across areas of program management, workflow processes, communications, and operational accountabilities
  • Flexibility,adaptabilityand innovation in practice in a continuously changing environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of various software programs such as Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, and other computer-based programs
  • Functioning of an Electronic Medical Record
  • Technicalexpertiseregardingdata models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Advancedcomputer skills
  • Advancedknowledge of Medical Terminology
