You will act as the right hand to the CEO, translating the company's vision into actionable operational strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive business strategies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
- Performance Management: Establish performance goals and KPIs for departments, monitoring progress to ensure company objectives are met.
- Resource Allocation: Manage capital investment and operational budgets to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in internal workflows and implement scalable solutions to streamline operations across all departments.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of department heads, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
- Stakeholder Relations: Assist the CEO in board-level communications, investor relations, and high-level strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive-level operational role.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed executive decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams through change.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is highly preferred.
