Job Title
Conversions - Advisor I

About your role:

Conversions - Advisor I supports deposit conversion activities for financial institutions moving to the Cleartouch core banking platform from Fiserv. You will work directly with clients and internal conversion teams to analyze deposit data, validate conversion results, and prepare clients for implementation. This role helps ensure deposit servicing, business rules, and operational processes are aligned for accurate conversion outcomes.

What you'll do:
  • Analyze converted deposit data to validate mapping results, setup accuracy, balancing, reconciliation, and operational readiness.
  • Lead onsite and remote client meetings to review conversion requirements, discuss findings, and coordinate implementation activities.
  • Train client teams on deposit operations workflows, back-office servicing processes, and day-to-day use of the Cleartouch platform.
  • Review deposit reports, queries, and related outputs to investigate discrepancies, explain findings, and support issue resolution.
  • Partner with internal conversion teams and client stakeholders to align deposit servicing requirements, business rules, and operational processes.
  • Support deposit-related parameter setup within Cleartouch and translate source system data into target-state servicing requirements.
  • Travel to client locations to review conversion results, validate servicing data, and support implementation and go-live activities.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 6+ years of experience in banking, deposit operations, deposit servicing, financial services implementations, or a related environment.
  • 6+ years of experience analyzing deposit data, balancing portfolios, performing reconciliation, and researching exceptions in a banking or financial services setting.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, to analyze data, review reports, and support issue resolution.
  • Experience working with banking platforms, reporting tools, query tools, or similar systems used for validation, implementation, or servicing activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.


Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting core banking conversions or implementation activities.
  • Experience working with checking, savings, certificate, and retirement deposit products.
  • Experience training clients or business users on operational workflows and system processes.
  • Experience with Cleartouch from Fiserv.


How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.


Travel:

This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%). Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.

Salary Range
$78,000.00 - $138,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
