Summary of Role:Shift Details: 10am-6pm
Pay Details: $32/hr-$37/hr

Responsibilities:- Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.
- Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.
- Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.
- Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.
- Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.
Education:Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Skills and Knowledge:- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.
- Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.

Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
