Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Summary of Role:

Shift Details: 10am-6pm

Pay Details: $32/hr-$37/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.
  • Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.
  • Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.
  • Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.


Education:

Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.
  • Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
