Full Job Description
STACK is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to serve as a BMS & EPMS subject matter expert within the Innovation and Engineering team (I&E). This role is responsible for supporting the design and execution of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) across STACK projects. The Project Controls Manager will partner with Preconstruction, Construction leadership, design teams, and OFCI vendors to establish, maintain, and govern controls requirements that support informed decision-making and successful project execution.
The Project Controls Manager will review customer technical specifications and Basis of Design requirements; evaluate drawings, specifications, sequences of operation, control diagrams, points lists, network architectures, and equipment integration requirements; and work directly with engineering teams to resolve design gaps and technical conflicts.
