Position Overview:The Controls Manager will oversee the design, development, and implementation of control systems for various industrial applications. Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of control systems for industrial automation projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers in PLC programming and HMI programming.
- Develop and optimize control strategies to improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision systems into automated processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations in all control system designs.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
Qualifications- Proven experience in PLC programming and HMI programming in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation concepts and practices.
- Experience with vision systems and their integration into control applications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient with troubleshooting and maintenance on automation/control systems.
