Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Lead BMS controls engineering: the building controls layer of the reference design across the fleet.
  • Own the controls standards: sequences, points lists, and network architecture written once, deployed everywhere.
  • Drive vendor strategy: platforms, integrators, and programming standards held to spec.
  • Grow the team and carry the hard sequences: plant optimization, failover, and demand response hooks.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've led BMS or controls engineering for data centers or large plants.
  • You've written sequences of operations that operators trust at 3am.
  • You've standardized controls across a portfolio.
  • You hold integrators to points lists and functional tests.
  • You design for the data: telemetry and analytics as first-class outputs.
  • Bonus: Tridium, ALC, or Siemens depth. BACnet at scale. Chilled water plant optimization. Commissioning interface.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
