  • Lead engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
  • Translate customer requirements into practical and innovative engineering solutions.
  • Drive design optimization initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance.

  • Coordinate material procurement, fabrication activities, and installation planning for control cabinets.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams across multiple regions and disciplines.
  • Establish and monitor quality metrics for external suppliers and project deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable IEEE, NEC, NEMA, environmental, and safety standards.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in controls, automation, or control cabinet design.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools; E3 experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation processes.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and project site visits.
