Overview:

Role: Controls Engineer - Medical Devices

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Role Descriptions: Create| develop| and implement control systems for automated manufacturing equipment| including PLCs| HMIs| and motion control systems. Identify and resolve issues| downtime| and quality problems in automated machinery| optimizing performance for safety and efficiency. Ensure all automation and control systems comply with FDA regulations| ISO standards| and GMP requirements specific to medical devices. Develop and maintain technical documentation for control systems| support equipment validation activities| and ensure change control processes are followed. Implement new technologies| conduct root cause analysis for failures| and lead initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing processes. Support the commissioning and upgrades of manufacturing equipment| providing technical support| and training to maintenance teams.
