Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (Hybrid)

Step Into Your First Controller Role at a Public Medical Technology Company on the Verge of Commercialization

A publicly traded, clinical-stage medical technology company is seeking a Controller to join its executive finance team during one of the most exciting periods in the company's history.

Following highly encouraging regulatory milestones, the company is rapidly approaching commercialization and expects to bring its first product to market within the next 12 months. This creates a unique opportunity for an ambitious accounting leader to help build the financial infrastructure that will support the organization's next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to an exceptional CFO, this role is ideal for a Senior Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller from a public company who is ready to take the next step into a Controller position.

The Opportunity

This highly visible leadership role offers broad exposure across accounting, SEC reporting, technical accounting, financial planning, and executive leadership. While the accounting organization is intentionally lean today, the Controller will play a significant role in building the team, processes, and controls as the company transitions into a commercial enterprise.

If you're looking for a role where you can make an immediate impact, work alongside an outstanding executive team, and grow with an emerging public company, this opportunity is worth exploring.
