Controller / Senior Accounting Leader to help lead and strengthen an accounting operation during an exciting period of change and investment.
This isn't a "sit back and review reports" kind of role. We need someone who likes to
dig in, solve problems, build better processes and get things done. What you'll own: - Month-end/year-end close & financial reporting
- General ledger and multi-entity accounting
- AP oversight and accounting operations
- Reconciliations, controls & audit support
- Process improvement and financial cleanup
- Helping build a stronger accounting function going forward
You may be a fit if you're: - A Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager ready for more ownership
- Strong technically but still willing to roll up your sleeves
- Comfortable walking into an environment that's evolving
- A problem solver who doesn't need everything perfectly buttoned up
- Looking for a role where your work will be noticed
- Hospitality experience is a plus - not a requirement.
