Job Responsibilities:

  • Previous controller experience in an automotive tier 1 with UAW
  • Full understanding of indentured bill of materials and standard costing
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and desire to understand, utilize and enhance integrated models
  • Previous planning, budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP and One Stream
  • Strong leadership skills - Ability to motivate and genuinely care for the team, hold the team accountable and develop/enhance the succession plan
