Controller - Tulsa, OK We are seeking a
full-time Local Controller to join our Tulsa team. This individual will support multiple clients across the area, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience within
manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, and inventory processes
- Identify client challenges and proactively recommend solutions
- Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and technical accounting documentation
- Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within scope
- Maintain a strong understanding of client organizations, processes, and internal controls
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and assist with proposal development
- Manage multiple client engagements, relationships, and special projects simultaneously
- Oversee billing and ensure appropriate realization on client work
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Foster a collaborative, positive team environment
- Support process improvements, particularly within manufacturing and operational workflows
- Additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or corporate)
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred, including exposure to cost accounting and inventory management
- Experience working with multiple clients or entities is a plus
- Strong ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
