Full Job Description
Department: Clinic Accounting

Shift: Day

Working Hours: M-F 8-5

Summary:

Provides leadership oversight to Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis to ensure accurate recording and reporting of clinic financial information.

Organizes and maintains financial accounting processes and procedures including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, financial reporting (internal & external), forecasting and tax information.

Other information:
• Bachelor's dgree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance is required. Master's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Adminstration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in public accounting, or 7+ years of related experience with progressive responsibility. CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, credit, investments, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of management practices to direct assigned staff. Knowledge of company's strategic business objectives and employee performance objectives.
• Skill in analyzing financial data and preparing appropriate related reports.
• Skill in relating organizational objectives to financial policies on cost, fees, credit, etc.
• Skills in exercising initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
