CompensationSalary:
$120,000 - $160,000, based on experience.
What You'll Do- Lead the dealership accounting team
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and manufacturer reporting
- Partner with the General Manager to support financial performance
- Oversee inventory financing, reconciliations, and compliance
- Manage year-end working papers and audit preparation
- Improve processes, strengthen controls, and support better business decisions
- Develop and mentor your accounting team
What We're Looking For- Previous automotive dealership Controller experience
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting and financial reporting
- Experience leading and developing accounting teams
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Someone who values integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
