Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA Qualification
• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in multi-unit or multi-entity environments
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting fundamentals
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams
• Proficiency in accounting systems (Sage Intacct and Quickbooks required)
• Experience in hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with systems such as Toast and Craftable preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations across multiple entities
• Manage weekly and monthly close processes for accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze P&L statements, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting policies
• Ensure timely processing of invoices in coordination with operations teams
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and tax advisors
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
• Assist with system optimization across various platforms
• Support new openings by establishing accounting systems and processes
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions as the company grows
• Develop a future accounting team
