Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring financial data accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain strong financial controls for effective expense management.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and balance sheet accounts.
  • Maintain the chart of accounts and document accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll processes, ensuring effective time reporting and account reconciliation.
  • Manage billing, collections, and credit functions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Produce and analyze financial and operational performance metrics monthly and quarterly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data and statements.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls, including expense management and internal accounting procedures.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, sub ledgers, and balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure proper documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Support payroll processes, including time reporting, account reconciliation, and internal controls.
• Manage billing, collections, and credit functions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Produce and analyze monthly and quarterly financial and operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
