As Controller, you will partner closely with executive leadership, evaluate growth opportunities, support acquisitions and capital investments, and lead a talented finance team. Key Responsibilities- Partner with executive leadership to drive business performance and strategic growth.
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities.
- Support acquisitions, capital investment decisions, and long-term planning initiatives.
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making capability.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Construction, manufacturing, industrial, or building materials experience preferred.
