Full Job Description
Controller
Greensboro, NC

You'll serve as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership, owning the full accounting function while bringing forward-looking insights that shape strategy. That means leading the monthly close, driving consolidated financial reporting across a multi-entity, multi-currency global footprint, and ensuring compliance across GAAP, IFRS, and applicable regulatory requirements. You'll build and maintain a strong internal controls environment, coordinate audits, and adapt accounting practices as the business evolves.

On the planning side, you'll support budgeting and forecasting cycles, surface recommendations that move the needle on profitability, and lead process improvements across billing, receivables, and payables. At the same time, you'll lead and develop an accounting team, setting clear goals, mentoring talent, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven communication that earns trust at every level.

What you'll do

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred, Master's a plus

  • Proven experience in an international environment - managing multi-entity, multi-currency operations
  • Deep expertise in GAAP; working knowledge of IFRS
  • Strong systems proficiency with ERP platforms
  • Experience navigating or leading ERP implementations
  • The ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling insights for any audience
  • A strategic mindset paired with the operational discipline to execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment
