Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and a solid understanding of construction job costing and cost-code management. The ideal candidate will excel in work-in-progress reporting, project financial analysis, and will have comprehensive experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and retainage. A robust knowledge of purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and three-way matching is essential.

  • Handle purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and three-way matching.

  • Support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess a strong understanding of site-development or civil construction operations.
  • Utilize proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Microsoft Lists, and document-management systems.
  • Develop or maintain integrated workflows between accounting, project management, operations, and field personnel.
  • Streamline reporting and reduce manual or duplicate data entry.
  • Conduct various tasks related to insurance.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $52.00/hr.
