The Background That Fits
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including Controller, Assistant Controller, Finance Director, or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, supply chain, franchise, or multi-entity environments.
  • Strong background leading financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and translate financial data into business insights.
  • Experience managing teams and developing finance and accounting talent.
  • CPA preferred, with strong ERP systems experience and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Background in inventory accounting, standard costing, operational finance, or KPI-driven environments highly valued.
