Job DescriptionCRB is seeking a talented and motivated
Control System Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the programming, implementation, testing, and documentation of complex and technically sophisticated automated control systems. You will work collaboratively under the guidance of a Project Manager and potentially a Lead or Senior Control Systems Developer to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:- Design, program, and implement automated control systems for a variety of industrial applications.
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot PC/PLC hardware, software, and customer networks.
- Support system installation and commissioning at client sites.
- Provide in-house and on-site training for customer operators.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Deliver occasional after-hours support as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, partners, and clients in a team-oriented environment.
- Travel up to 35% for system installations and plant start-ups, including potential overnight shifts.
- Maintain a regular in-office presence.
Qualifications- Associate degree in Computer Studies; Instrumentation and Controls; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent projects
- Passionate about problem solving and developing solutions
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite required
- Excellent organizational skills and mechanical inclination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
