Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison with Program Management Teams, Customer Contracting Officers, and Prime/Subcontractors to resolve contract-related issues
  • Work with subcontractors, potential team members, and others to review, draft and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, and Reseller Agreements
  • Perform and document price and/or cost analysis in accordance with FAR 15.404 requirements
  • Support fact-finding and negotiations; prepare negotiation memoranda and price reasonableness determinations
  • Draft and issue subcontract agreements and modifications, ensuring proper FAR/DFARS flowdowns and prime contract requirements are incorporated
  • Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready subcontract files in accordance with CPSR standards
  • Process and manage subcontract setup, modifications, and funding actions within Deltek Costpoint

We9re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Contracts Manager who thrives in a fast-paced federal contracting environment and knows how to keep contracts compliant, audit-ready, and moving forward. If you understand the nuances of FAR/DFARS, know your way around CPSR-compliant purchasing systems, and can confidently manage the full contract lifecycle, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.

You9ll work directly with executive leadership, program teams, finance, and subcontractors to manage high-visibility government contracts that support real-world missions.

What You9ll Do
  • Lead full lifecycle contract and subcontract administration supporting U.S. Government prime contracts
  • Ensure all contract actions comply with FAR, DFARS, CPSR requirements, company policies, and agency-specific regulations
  • Partner with Program Managers, Contracting Officers, Finance, Legal, and subcontractors to resolve contract-related issues quickly and effectively
  • Draft, review, and negotiate:
    • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
    • Teaming Agreements
    • Subcontract Agreements
    • Reseller Agreements
  • Conduct and document price and cost analysis in accordance with FAR 15.404
  • Support negotiations, fact-finding activities, and prepare negotiation memoranda and price reasonableness determinations
  • Draft subcontract agreements and modifications with proper FAR/DFARS flowdowns
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready subcontract files in support of DCMA CPSR audits
  • Manage subcontract setup, modifications, and funding actions within ERP/accounting systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, or JAMIS
  • Track funding levels, monitor period of performance, and support Limitation of Funds notifications
  • Coordinate invoice reviews, subcontract closeouts, deobligation activities, and documentation retention
  • Support small business subcontracting compliance and eSRS reporting activities
  • Participate in internal compliance reviews and purchasing system audits

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of federal government contract administration experience
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations, particularly Parts 15 and 44
  • Experience operating in a CPSR-compliant purchasing environment
  • Proven ability to manage compliant contract documentation and maintain audit readiness
  • Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, JAMIS, or similar government contracting ERP/accounting systems
  • Experience supporting funding management, project controls, and contract financial tracking
  • Strong negotiation, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Bachelor9s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Contracts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
