Location: East Coast- NY, NJ, PA, OH, FL

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $67,200 - $84,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate's tenure in the position of $67,200 - $100,800. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Employment Logistics:

The Contracts Management Specialist oversees the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with business objectives. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties, helping mitigate contractual risk and support strategic initiatives through effective contract management, governance, and lifecycle oversight.

Your Mission in Motion:

  • Contract drafting, review & negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, licensing arrangements, and other business contracts.
  • Legal compliance & risk mitigation: Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies; identify and mitigate contractual risks while providing clear guidance to stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional contract alignment: Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure contract terms align with business needs and objectives.
  • Contract lifecycle & repository management: Maintain a centralized contract repository and manage contract lifecycle processes to support organization, accessibility, and visibility.
  • Templates, playbooks & best practices: Develop and implement standardized templates, playbooks, and contract management best practices.
  • Performance monitoring, audits & reporting: Monitor contract performance and compliance, proactively address issues, and support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal contract reporting.
