In particular, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Management Analyst (Level II) to primarily support our program.

Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst (Level II) to support PEO IEW&S programs at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. The selected candidate will provide contracting and acquisition support to Program Managers (PMs) and Product Managers (PdMs), ensuring effective coordination with the Army Contracting Command (ACC) and adherence to DoD acquisition policies and processes.

This role is critical in supporting contract lifecycle activities, managing procurement data, and facilitating communication across government stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant execution of acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide contracting expertise to PEO IEW&S PMs and PdMs across acquisition activities
  • Support Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) tracking and reporting
  • Maintain and manage data within the Procurement Portfolio Management Tool (PPMT)
  • Assist in establishing and tracking contract milestones in coordination with requiring activities and ACC
  • Manage and track taskers within the ETMS2 database, ensuring timely completion
  • Coordinate and support contracting-related training and community of practice initiatives
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing acquisition documentation and policy materials during Integrated Product Team (IPT) processes
  • Support Program Status Reviews (PSRs) and provide updates to PEO leadership and staff
  • Attend and contribute to milestone reviews and programmatic meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between PMs/PdMs and ACC to facilitate contract execution and issue resolution
  • Maintain tracking of prime and subcontractors for congressional inquiries and industry engagements
  • Coordinate with PMs to develop and finalize Industry Day materials and slide decks
  • Lead and facilitate end-to-end contract deep dives and analysis efforts
  • Route and process Request for Service Contract Approval (RSCA) packages through appropriate channels for approval

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting, acquisition, or database management
  • DAU Contracting Level II Certification (or industry equivalent)
  • Experience supporting DoD or Army acquisition programs
  • Familiarity with contracting systems and tools (e.g., ETMS2, PPMT, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting PEO IEW&S or similar Army organizations
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition regulations and policies (e.g., FAR, DFARS)
  • Experience with milestone reviews, IPTs, and programmatic reporting
  • Prior experience supporting congressional or high-visibility reporting requirements

Salary is commensurate with experience. An approximate salary range for this requisition is: $120-170k.
