Full Job Description
Job Description Summary:

The Contracts Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the contract process without our fast-paced, high-technology environment. This position is responsible for administering, reviewing, and analyzing contracts and/or licenses to guarantee adherence to specifications, company policies, and legal standards, thus ensuring the successful execution of contractual agreements and licensing requirements. It requires a detail-oriented and resourceful individual with an understanding of contracts, negotiations, and contract management lifecycle (CLM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Set up contract signatories using DocuSign and communicate with all parties to ensure contract completion.
  • File contracts in CLM/Salesforce and enter contractual metadata into Salesforce, CLM, SharePoint or another repository for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Perform database cleanup activities in CLM/Salesforce, validating and correcting data.
  • Monitor and facilitate the shared Legal mailbox and work queues to ensure all inquiries and requests incoming to Legal are handled appropriately.
  • Communicate with various departments, including Sales, Finance, and Legal regarding the process and assist to resolve issues.
  • Assist the Legal team in identifying areas for improvement in standard contracts.
  • Generate new contractual documents as appropriate.
  • Research appropriate documents as requested by legal staff.
  • Review and analyze documents to determine contractual obligations.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-4 years of contract experience, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint or other CLM application.
  • Familiarity with A.I. Tools
  • Strong communication skills, including experience working cross-functionally to resolve issues.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously.


Annual salary range for this position is between $77,000.00 - $85,000.00 gross before taxes.
