Full Job Description
ITCON Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our growing Contracts team. This is an excellent opportunity for a contracts professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced federal contracting environment and partnering with leadership, program teams, finance, and business development to support critical government programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering and managing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, mitigating risk, and supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of federal contracting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

    • 4 days onsite in Tysons Corner, VA
    • 1 day remote
Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and administer a variety of agreements including consultant agreements, NDAs, subcontracts, task orders, and contract modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), agency-specific requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate contract files and documentation in accordance with internal procedures, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Track contract deliverables, deadlines, modifications, and performance obligations throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Program Managers, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Executive Leadership to support contract execution and administration.
  • Assist with the review and response of RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents.
  • Support internal and external audits, reporting requirements, and compliance reviews.
  • Identify contractual risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
  • Support the administration of GSA Schedule contracts, GWACs, and other federal contract vehicles.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting federal contract administration.
  • Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement processes.
  • Experience supporting GSA Schedules and Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs).
  • Familiarity with Joint Venture (JV) and Mentor-Protege Program (MPP) relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting contracts with federal agencies such as FEMA, USDA, Department of Defense (DoD/DOW), or other federal civilian agencies.
  • Knowledge of subcontract administration and flow-down requirements.
  • Experience utilizing Unanet or similar contract management systems.
  • Knowledge of eBuy and federal contract vehicle administration.
