Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will manage the performance of the following independent duties and must have previous experience of performing such duties:
Processing incoming and outgoing classified documents and materials
Demonstrated expertise utilizing DISS & Scattered Castles
Process incoming and outgoing classified visits to include passing visits via DISS or other customer specific procedures
Provide facility security support to include alarm checks, program access controls, alarm response and issuing badges
Conduct annual security self-reviews and follow up on corrective actions
Personnel Security processing to include pre-screening and tier one adjudications
Prepare and submit Reinstatements, Crossovers, Nomination Letters, 4311s, CPRLs, JAFAN SAP Formats, RFAs and XOBs
Ensure all SF86s (word document or e-QIP) are reviewed for accuracy prior to submission
Track community badge expiration dates and ensure all badge renewal submittals are submitted in a timely fashion
Provide guidance to employees and subcontractors regarding matters of personnel security
Provide security indoctrinations, debriefings, and annual refresher trainings
Provide training and/or demonstrate familiarization with security related equipment such as STEs, shedders, and the use of intrusion detection devices and access control systems
Qualifications:
Required:
Must have strong customer service and service delivery orientation; well organized and confident to work independently but be a strong team player.
Demonstrate ability to multitask and ability to prioritize a workload with minimal supervision; be self-motivated and result oriented.
Desired:
Experience fulfilling the Personnel Security Assistance / Assistant Facility Security Officer mission in support of multiple clients
NCMS Industrial Security Professional certification
Strong written and oral communication skills

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300 - 189,600 USD
