What You Would Get To Do

The Contracting Operations Associate is responsible for serving as the primary system owner and administrator for the Contract Management System (IntelAgree), managing configurations, workflows, clause libraries, reporting, and user support. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the role also oversees contracting operations by maintaining standard operating procedures, reviewing and routing contract terms for signature, managing the contracting inbox, and supporting cross-functional compliance and reporting needs.

Your Contributions:
System Ownership & Administration
  • Serve as primary system owner and subject matter expert for a Contract Management System, currently IntelAgree, overseeing configuration, permissions, workflows, data integrity, and updates.
  • Manage platform maintenance, bug reporting, signatory permissions, and subscription-wide settings including naming patterns, reminders, and system configurations.
  • Build and maintain contract components (Smart Forms, Full/Partial Templates), the Clause Library, and attributes.
  • Design, produce, and automate routine and ad-hoc reports and data dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders while collaborating to define key metrics.
  • Serve as the primary support contact and administrator, delivering onboarding and refresher training, managing service tickets, and maintaining user documentation and SOPs.
Contracting Operations Administration
  • Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring operational consistency and compliance across Contracting utilizing
  • Review contract terms for accuracy and maintain contract terms and records in CLM; route documents for signature
  • Administrate the contracting inbox, ensuring timely review and appropriate delegation of work
  • Coordinate efficient routing of documents for appropriate and required approvals and signing
  • Assist with special projects as needed

United States Residents: The base pay for this position ranges from $85,890.00 - $92,500.00. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Please note that the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across various U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
