Contract Support Lead - Contract Life Cycle Management (Provider and Physician)Work Location: Texas Health Corporate, 612 E. Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011
Work Hours: Full Time Days (40hours) 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Position Summary: Support a primary focus area (within a centralized team) responsible for drafting, reviewing, redlining, executing, and amending agreements to mitigate risks and ensure compliance process are followed.

What You Will Do: • Primary Focus: Support a primary focus contracting group in the Provider area for physicians facing contracts.
• Contract Drafting and Review: Draft from templates, review, and process contracts to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements and align with company policies.
• Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial request in Icertis through execution, renewal, amendments, and data management, using the Icertis platform.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure contracts comply with legal standards and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, hospital stakeholders, and finance teams, to gather requirements and ensure contract terms meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to users of the Icertis platform, contract requesters, and contract owners to ensure effective utilization and adherence to best practices.
• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in the Icertis system. Ensure all contract data is properly entered and managed.
What You Need: Education• Bachelor's Degree required
Experience5 Years Contract administration experience in biotech, pharma, hospital, healthcare or legal environment required
• 5 Years CLM experience and working knowledge of contract language and laws and regulations preferred required
