Key Responsibilities Security Program Support
Advise and assist the Government in accordance with DoD Manual 5205.07, DoD SAP Security Manual.
Support planning, development, and execution of security projects involving unique or sensitive issues.
Conduct exploration of security program areas, define scope, and identify problems requiring investigation.
Classified Information Management
Maintain databases tracking receipt, storage, inventory, and disposition of classified materials.
Perform data entry, updates, report generation, and management of local tracking tools, rosters, visit requests, and entry authority lists.
Assist with inspections and protection of areas where classified information is stored.
Conduct or support annual self-inspections, inventories, logging, storage, reproduction, documentation, transmittal, and internal distribution of classified information.
Monitor, track, and report corrective actions from inspections and compliance reviews.
Physical & Administrative Security Tasks
Climb ladders and lift false floor panels during construction phases and annual inspections.
Prepare materials for mail or courier delivery, including wrapping packages and preparing fax transmittal cover sheets.
Assist with creation, processing, and distribution of security access documentation, including SAP nomination packages.
Maintain tracking systems for personnel security documentation.
Support Force Protection and emergency procedures, including destruction of classified material.
Access & Visitor Control
Maintain databases of classified visits and clearance levels.
Prepare and distribute classified visit requests.
Assist with creation and distribution of access badges, including updates to control systems.
Process adverse information reports, including documentation and uploading into required databases.
Required Qualifications
Active Top Secret clearance with SAP eligibility.
