Full Job Description
OnesourcePCS, LLC (OPCS) is seeking an experienced Contract Manager in the Pensacola, Florida areawith contract and operations management. The ideal candidate is a high energy, detailed oriented, achiever who has experience managing healthcare service/medical staffing contracts in the Federal and Commercial sectors, including DoD and VA.

Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:
* Proven experience managing DHA/DoD Clinical Contracts and Contract Health
Care Employees.
* Must be high energy, detailed oriented, with an inherent can-do mind set.
* Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
* In-depth understanding of systems and programs associated with this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Represents the voice and face of OnesourcePCS to employees, partners and government officials
  • Oversee all operational activities associated with fulfillment of staffing requirements, for their assigned contracts/task orders, which may include:
    • Recruiting and staffing activities
    • Credentialing & privileging activities
    • Security process and activities
    • In-processing and onboarding activities
  • Collaborates with Human Resources on open positions and staffing activities for assigned contracts
  • Collaborates with the Human Resources on credentialing & privileging activities for assigned contracts
  • Participates and/or leads proposal efforts for assigned markets, including cost and price strategies
  • Maintains communication with customers on performance objectives and concerns
  • Orienting new staff to individual clients and program procedures
  • Coordinates with Human Resources to evaluate and manage contract utilization
  • Maximizes efficiency and improves profitability for assigned contracts
  • Responsive to the leadership and directors of the corporation
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate quality objectives
  • Exhibits behavior consistent with the vision and values communicated by the corporation
  • Demonstrates support for corporate goals and objectives, contributing to the accomplishment of the overall
  • Frequent local traveler required, if located within 60 miles of OnesourcePCS' contract location
  • Occasional long-distance travel required 3-4 times per quarter
  • Requires frequent after-hours response via email or phone for employees and/or customers
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other Healthcare related field or equivalent experience.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, of which a minimum of 2 years must be within the Government Healthcare contracting sector (DOD and VA)
  • Experience independently managing healthcare service/medical staffing contracts in the Federal and Commercial sectors, including DoD and VA
  • Experience independently managing healthcare providers, including nursing, ancillary, physicians, and medical administrative personnel
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, including Service Contract Act and Wage Determination
  • Comprehensive knowledge of government billing policies and procedures
Required Leadership Competencies
  • Problem Solving - ability to identify root causes and resolve them
  • Integrity - maintains high standards in all activities
  • Collaboration - able to work with and through others
Desired Experience
  • Experience with the Unanet Time and Expense systems, in a Manager role
  • Experience working for a DOD/VA healthcare contractor, in a supervisor or management role
  • Experience managing Govt healthcare contracts and personnel in multiple states simultaneously, including California and Nevada
