Full Job Description
Contract Cost & Pricing Specialist

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite)

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies for federal and commercial contracts
  • Analyze cost data and prepare clear, actionable pricing analysis reports for stakeholders
  • Stay current on WDR, CBA, and FAR requirements to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate across departments to support successful negotiations and proposals
  • Maintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation in a timely manner
  • Uphold confidentiality and high standards of integrity in all work

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience developing pricing in a nonprofit, federal consulting, or similar industry
  • Solid understanding of federal contract pricing structures (FFP, Cost-Plus, IDIQ, etc.) and regulations (FAR, DFARS)
  • Strong working knowledge of the SCA, DBA, and labor union CBAs
  • Advanced Excel skills and expertise in cost estimating techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in cost accounting
  • Proven track record in negotiations and customer presentations
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ISSA Clean standards is a plus
