As a Contracts Administrator, a typically day might include:
Preparing customer contracts/documents, including some independent drafting and negotiating within established guidelines.
Preparing contract summaries and communicating with project and sales teams.
Communicating with both internal and other parties to resolve issues with proposed contracts.
Delivering training to internal customers as required.
Effectively using contract management systems including report generation, maintenance, project updates, and authorizations.
Other duties as assigned.
This job might be for you if:
You have 3+ years’ experience drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating contracts
Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
You are detail oriented, organized, and can work autonomously.

Pay Range: $76,100 – $112,400 annually
We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Contract Administrator II level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
