If so, we have an exciting new opportunity as a Contracts Administrator based in our King of Prussia, PA office. In this role you will work closely with project and sales teams in the US. As a Contracts Administrator, a typically day might include:

  • Preparing customer contracts/documents, including some independent drafting and negotiating within established guidelines.

  • Preparing contract summaries and communicating with project and sales teams.

  • Communicating with both internal and other parties to resolve issues with proposed contracts.

  • Delivering training to internal customers as required.

  • Effectively using contract management systems including report generation, maintenance, project updates, and authorizations.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Pay Range: $76,100 – $112,400 annually

We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Contract Administrator II level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
