Essential Responsibilities:Contract Lifecycle Management:- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, review coordination, drafting from approved templates, negotiation support, execution, renewal, amendment, and archiving.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository, ensuring accurate documentation, version control, and record retention.
- Monitor contract renewals, expirations, notice requirements, pricing review dates, and other key obligations.
- Coordinate contract execution through electronic signature platforms and maintain complete executed records.
- Support contract review and negotiations with customers, suppliers, service providers, co-manufacturers, logistics providers, and other business partners to ensure alignment with company standards and risk tolerance.
- Identify and escalate legal, compliance, or commercial risks to the Senior Counsel as appropriate.
Commercial Contract Support and Workflow Optimization:- Administer a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer sales agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, ingredient sourcing agreements, co-manufacturing and co-packing agreements, transportation and logistics agreements, confidentiality agreements, professional services agreements, master service agreements, statements of work and related commercial documents.
- Develop, maintain, and administer standard contract templates and clause libraries.
- Support continuous improvement of contract intake, approval, review, and execution workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company approval matrices, delegation of authority requirements, and contract policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve legal matter management and contracting processes.
- Support Legal Department initiatives involving process automation and operational efficiency.
Corporate Governance Support:- Assist with the administration and maintenance of corporate governance records for Blommer and its subsidiaries.
- Support the preparation, organization, and retention of board of directors and committee meeting materials.
- Maintain corporate entity databases, organizational charts, and annual filing calendars.
- Prepare and assist with state and regulatory filings, business registrations, annual reports, and corporate compliance obligations.
- Maintain corporate records, including organizational documents, board and committee materials, resolutions, consents, legal entity information, and other governance-related documentation to support compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with outside counsel, registered agents, and internal stakeholders regarding corporate governance matters as needed.
Technology & Data Management:- Administer contract lifecycle management (CLM), matter management, and e-signature platforms.
- Maintain accurate contract and legal data to support reporting and business decision-making.
- Track and report key performance indicators, including contract cycle times, execution rates, renewal metrics, and workflow effectiveness.
- Ensure proper governance, confidentiality, and security of legal records and documentation.
- Support legal operations initiatives, including process automation, document management, records retention, workflow optimization, and implementation of legal technology solutions.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in contract administration, paralegal support, procurement, or related commercial contracting roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end contract lifecycle processes.
- Working knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including confidentiality, indemnification, insurance, liability allocation, and dispute resolution terms.
- Experience using contract lifecycle management systems, document management systems, and electronic signature platforms.
- Experience maintaining contract repositories, corporate records, and legal documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, project management, and document management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting an in-house legal department.
- Experience within the food manufacturing, food ingredients, food distribution, agricultural, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.
- Experience with CLM platforms such as SmartSheet, DocuSign CLM or similar systems.
- Paralegal certificate

Pay Range: $80-110K
