Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.Managing the high-volume contract lifecycle and complex city and state licensing requirements across a nationwide In-Home Services department requires exceptional organization and proactive compliance. This role serves as the critical bridge between operational business units and the Legal team to prevent costly lapses in coverage, licensing, or legal standing. By streamlining contract execution, NDA workflows, and municipal audit readiness, this position ensures seamless business continuity. Proactive administration of these risk-mitigation frameworks protects the organization from operational disruptions.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):- Administer the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including NDAs, renewals, and closeouts, to ensure zero lapses in operational coverage or compliance
- Manage the application, maintenance, and timely renewal of municipal and state licenses nationwide to keep the business fully audit-ready
- Serve as the primary liaison between the In-Home Services department and the Legal team to translate complex legal requirements into actionable operational guidelines
- Maintain the contract management database to provide real-time visibility, accurate reporting, and streamlined processes for business leaders
- Leverage AI-powered contract management tools to accelerate document review, flag renewal timelines, and optimize workflow efficiency
- Develop and implement standardized compliance frameworks and best practices to scale licensing and contract management operations efficiently

- Proven experience managing complex administrative frameworks or legal support operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Additional Qualifications- Prior experience in a paralegal or legal support role
- Hands-on experience with ContractPodAI or similar enterprise contract management platforms
Minimum Requirements- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in contract administration, compliance management, or a similar role
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office
- Contract management systems

Salary RangesCompensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
