Full Job Description
Summary
The Continuous Improvement Senior Lead serves as an internal consultant and enterprise-wide Lean/CI expert, who leads enterprise deployment of Lean activities and supports global Lean operations in strengthening continuous improvement capabilities. This role operates as a change agent that utilizes Lean principles to drive operational excellence; coaches and instructs cross-functional teams to utilize Lean in daily work; and provides data-driven methods to optimize efficiency, minimize waste and reduce process defects. Partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, and Site Leadership, this position uses operational influence to drives measurable performance improvements and fosters a culture of operational excellence across the organization.

Ideal Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
  • 5+ years in leadership roles influencing cross-functional teams or multi-site operations
  • Demonstrated experience in team mentorship coaching leaders and technical teams in Lean principles
  • Proven success as an internal consultant or CI advisor supporting multi-site or global organizations
  • Experience implementing governance structures and continuous improvement pipelines
  • Strong proficiency in root cause analysis, statistical tools, value stream mapping, and facilitating cross-functional workshops
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • Lean Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
