Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Leader in Franklin, TN.

Job Description: Collaborate with Contract Account Leaders to identify and lead projects enhancing the specialized supply chain for VIP customers. Drive continuous improvement for superior execution and an exceptional VIP customer experience. Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of assigned process improvement projects within the specialized supply chain to enhance VIP customer experience. Utilize lean concepts and 6 sigma concepts to develop or streamline current workflows to enhance the performance of supply chain specifically for the VIP customer. Lead cross-functional teams to standardize and document best practices, procedures, and workflows specific to the VIP supply chain. Develop change management strategies to implement changes effectively with the project teams. Facilitate change management and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes. Develop performance metrics to monitor and measure the impact of process improvement initiatives on the specialized supply chain. Prepare and present key findings and project outcomes to leaders and stakeholders. Stay abreast of best practices related to the specialized supply chain and recommend solutions to drive continuous improvement. Remote eligible up to 3 days/wk.

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, or related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in continuous improvement engineering, or related occupation, including at least some experience in the following skills: Using DMAIC and 6 Sigma tool sets; Managing continuous improvement projects; Creating and maintain PFMEAs; Creating and updating time standards for production lines using MTM2 Methodology; Expert level in 5S initiatives and lean concepts; Performing quarterly EPEI calculations for subassembly lines and organizing VSM Kaizen events; Using supply chain processes related to order management and manufacturing; and Manufacturing experience on technical Low Voltage Switchboards, Low Voltage Draw-Out gear, Master-pact Breaker, or Medium Voltage switchgear equipment.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
