Job Overview

Join our team at the Marvin Composites plant in Fargo, ND as a Continuous Improvement Engineer. In this role, you'll work closely with production teams to improve safety, quality, output, and cost effectiveness with a focus on understanding how current processes are performing, identifying gaps, and leading efforts to improve them in a practical and measurable way.

This role supports and leads a range of project based on business needs, from cross-functional initiatives to smaller improvements that can be implemented quickly. These efforts may include improving production processes, reducing material waste, and increasing throughput. Use data and a structured approach to problem solve and guide decisions, and track results. You'll spend time working directly with production team members to understand challenges, gather input, and turn ideas into workable solutions.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving production related problems and driving improvements. You will work with a variety of teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and lead changes that improve safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
