Job Overview
Join our team at the Marvin Composites plant in Fargo, ND as a Continuous Improvement Engineer. In this role, you'll work closely with production teams to improve safety, quality, output, and cost effectiveness with a focus on understanding how current processes are performing, identifying gaps, and leading efforts to improve them in a practical and measurable way.
This role supports and leads a range of project based on business needs, from cross-functional initiatives to smaller improvements that can be implemented quickly. These efforts may include improving production processes, reducing material waste, and increasing throughput. Use data and a structured approach to problem solve and guide decisions, and track results. You'll spend time working directly with production team members to understand challenges, gather input, and turn ideas into workable solutions.

• Support teams in testing changes, measuring results, and ensuring improvements are maintained over time
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to communicate clearly, listen, and build trust with others
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings or prints
• Experience using structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes, adjust approach, and implement solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Industrial Engineering strongly preferred
