JOB DESCRIPTION:

THIS IS AN ONSITE DAILY REQUIRED POSITION.

Main Purpose of the Role

This position works out of our Avon location in the CRM Division. Design the future state and drive operational excellence from launch through stabilization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As the Experienced professional in the Pharmaceutical/Biological Process Sub-Function, possesses well developed skills in implementing and maintaining pharmaceutical/biological processes.
  • Calculates and organizes all data for complex process flow sheets including instrumentation and control considerations.
  • Models processes and units operations.
  • Ensures proper sequence of operation and prepares specifications and operating instructions for processing equipment.
  • Conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over such variables as temperature, density, pressure and viscosity.
  • Services, troubleshoots, and solves engineering problems with processes or equipment already in operation.
  • Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
  • May be responsible for corrective and preventive actions and investigation management.

Minimum 1 year relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a greenfield distribution center startup, major network expansion, or warehouse transformation.
  • Demonstrated success improving productivity, quality, throughput, inventory accuracy, and labor utilization through Lean methodologies.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, WMS data, or similar analytical tools.
  • Hands-on experience conducting time studies, labor planning, process mapping, and value stream mapping.
  • Proven ability to lead Kaizen events and drive measurable business results through continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience partnering with operations, engineering, inventory, quality, and IT teams to implement process improvements.
  • Comfortable developing standard work, visual management systems, tier boards, KPIs, and operational routines.
  • Strong communication and change management skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving adoption.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
  • Experience with automation, robotics, goods-to-person systems, conveyor systems, or warehouse execution systems.
  • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, high-volume fulfillment, or highly regulated distribution environments.
